Something is missing

I use to say I felt naked without earrings. But since I got engaged and now married I feel naked without my rings. I had forgotten all about something I wanted as a gift until I saw Mrs Snowpea post last week http://www.weddingbee.com/2007/12/12/were-married-again/ about her new wedding ring. And I love her new ring! I remembered that I had wanted a right hand ring! Something dainty and but still with some personality. I love sparkle so I am pretty sure I want some stones and not just a plain band. I don’t want it to take a way from my wedding and engagement rings that I wear on my left hand. But I just feel so unbalanced. I see other women and friends that have a nice right hand ring and now I think I want to try it out and see if I like it. Here is what I was thinking of, what do you think?

Summer Ringtones

Since the summer time has finally arrived here in the northwest my engagement ring has begun to sparkle again under the Seattle sun! And next month my wedding ring will join the fun! I really thought a lot about the band I wanted, something that was classic, had meaning to both of us and most of all I wanted it to look good on my hand. I didn't want to get a whole new set because I love my engagement ring. I apologize for the bad nails I am in need a of manicure:) . Here are our ring...
I chose the diamond and sapphire band to represent both of us(our birthstones).

With this ring...

I can now check off getting the grooms ring from my list. It was more than I wanted to originally spend on his ring but he did like it more than just the plain band so I gave in. I think I am going to put the date our first date and our wedding date in as the engraved part. What do you think?

Ring my Bell

We have our rings! We went out for a date night and stopped in to our jeweler to get an idea of what we each like. And BAM! I got my ring. We are still debating about his ring. We narrowed it down to 2. Its really all about the width at this point for his ring. He wants something really simple so its between a 4mm and 5mm. I want to get it engraved as well so we will see how that all goes. Oh are you wondering which ring I chose...Sorry you gotta wait until the wedding to see which one is slipped on my finger.
